Founded in December 2019 by Bobbi and Jeff Seger, Water Street Waffle Co. began in Historic Downtown Belton, Texas with a simple mission: to create a warm, family-friendly space serving fresh, made-from-scratch breakfast. Supported by their two daughters, the café quickly became a beloved staple in the community, known for good food, welcoming service, and a true hometown feel.
