Warm Hospitality, Crafted From Scratch
Family Values, Community Roots, and True Scratch Cooking
Bobbi and Jeff, founders of Water Street Waffle Company, launched their concept in Texas before expanding to Connecticut. Influenced by Southern cuisine and New England flavors, they relocated to be closer to their son and daughter-in-law stationed with the U.S. Navy in Groton.
Their vision is simple: create a family-centered restaurant where guests feel at home and every dish is made with intention. Our New London location stays true to the original Texas roots with a full scratch kitchen. Every batter, dressing, mix, and sausage is made in-house, reinforcing our reputation as a local breakfast spot in New London CT that prioritizes quality, care, and consistency.
